PRICES & VAT

PRICES AND VAT - As our income is below the V.A.T. threshold we do not charge V.A.T. on any of our orders, as a result the price that you see is the price that you will pay, the only addition to this would be the carriage option which you select before checking out.

CUTTING & EDGE BINDING

There is no extra charge for cutting to the shape of a template or to a customers required size (some sizes may require a template).

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to have the stock available at all times but this is not always possible. Should there be a delay with your order we shall telephone or e-mail giving you an estimated delivery date. Should you not accept the delivery date you will receive a refund of your payment.

We try to get the goods delivered within 3 working days. This is the time before we will place the goods on one of the carriers. However we are closed during public holidays and weekends and normally between Christmas and New Year.

Apart from APO/BFPO addresses we do not accept PO BOX numbers as addresses.

COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

We hope that you will be pleased with our products. Should you have a complaint please feel free to e-mail or call us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and do our best to resolve the problem.

Standard Items: Should your order be unsuitable in any way simply return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (We can not arrange collection nor pay the post or carriage for returns). Goods must be in a perfect unused condition with their original packaging. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we receive the items back. Please return the goods with the dispatch note that was sent with the goods.

Bespoke Items: We can not accept returns of bespoke items unless they are defective in some way beyond our normal working tolerances. A colour difference is not a defect. We strongly suggest that you request a sample piece before ordering a design.

If an item is damaged in transit please reject the delivery and inform us within 7 days.

Shortages must be reported immediately. If not reported within 7 days from delivery we can not send replacements.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

SAMPLES

We will, at our discretion, provide a small sample piece of our products for genuine requests.
We reserve the right not to send out sample pieces.

V.A.T

As we are not V.A.T. registered our prices include all charges and you will not be charged V.A.T. on any of the products that you purchase from us. All of our products are priced per linear metre, unless stated otherwise. All prices shown are in English Pounds Sterling. There are no other charges except, where applicable edge binding and these are clearly specified. Delivery charges are added on and are also not subject to VAT.

TRADE DESCRIPTION ACT

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, measurements and specifications are correct. We reserve the right to alter these without notice and the right to correct any errors or typographical mistakes anywhere on the website without any liability whatsoever on our part.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The sale of Grimeford Mill products will not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. The title of all goods remains the property of Grimeford Mill Ltd until the goods have been paid in full and the funds have cleared.

SHIPPING

All of our deliveries are dispatched via courier service with City-link. Larger/heavier items may be delivered via an alternative courier. All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If deliveries are attempted and nobody is available to sign for the goods, 2 more delivery attempts will be made before returning the goods to Grimefordmill. If the goods are returned, you may be subject to another delivery charge.
